31 Days - confusion..

Wow these people have never orchestrated a show like this. They have no idea what they are doing. There is no lead on anything so its always a fight. The owners have the most pull but dont understand what is needed to make everything work and their priorities are all weird. We found out that the creative directors are showing up tomorrow night at 8pm to start rehearsals. Nothing is programmed yet, so I dont understand what they are going to look at. The only thing that is partially done is the content for the BGA. So far Yag is saying that I am leaving no earlier than the 24 of April, but my ticket has not been changed yet. Meanwhile the audio and lighting system is in shambles. I just dont know how they are going to pull it together before opening. We also heard that 1/3 of the pavilions will not be ready for the grand opening. Very embarrassing.
